Support Center

How do clients create and track support tickets?
Clients can open tickets via your branded portal or by emailing support@yourdomain. Each ticket receives an ID, SLA, and status (Open, Waiting, Resolved). Clients track progress from the portal, receive automatic updates on status changes, and can reply by email or portal — everything is synced.
Do you send automatic ticket reminders and escalations?
Yes. Workflows send gentle nudges if a client hasn’t replied, and escalate internally if SLA thresholds are at risk. Agents and clients get email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications until resolved.
What AI tools are available inside Support Center?
You get an AI Knowledge Assistant (searches your help articles), AI Chat (embedded on your site), AI Conversations (multi-channel inbox), and an AI “Agent” that drafts replies, summarizes threads, and routes tickets to the right team automatically.

AI & Automation

Do you support a Voice AI agent for inbound/outbound calls?
Yes. Our Voice AI handles calls, books appointments, verifies identity, and syncs outcomes to the CRM. You can define guardrails, fallback to a human, and full call recordings are stored securely.
Can the AI chat in multiple languages?
Absolutely. English, French, Dutch, Arabic and more. The bot detects language automatically and switches tone based on your brand style guide.

CRM, Websites & Bookings

How customizable are pipelines and fields?
Fully customizable stages, fields, and automations. Create conditional logic, mandatory compliance fields, and role-based permissions per team.
Do websites ship with SEO and performance best practices?
Yes. Semantic HTML, structured data, fast LCP, image optimization, caching, and accessibility checks are standard. We include analytics dashboards for traffic and conversions.
How do you reduce no-shows?

Can we limit access per role?

How much does Media Flare cost?
Pricing depends on the services you select — each service has its own scope and cost (AI Voice, Support Center, Websites, CRM, Automations, etc.). We tailor a plan to your needs after a short discovery, then share a transparent quote.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — a 15-day free trial for new customers with full access so you can evaluate the platform in real workflows.
Can I cancel any time? What happens then?
You can cancel at any time. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle — no interruptions during that period.
Do you provide refunds after payment?
Payments are final — we don’t offer refunds on amounts already paid. If you cancel after a charge, your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Where can I read the full Warranty/Refund policy?

Integrations & Onboarding

Which channels and tools can you connect?
WhatsApp Business, SMS, email, calendars, website forms, payment gateways, advertising pixels, and data warehouses. Custom integrations via API/webhooks are available.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams go live in 2–4 weeks depending on scope (site, CRM, AI, Support Center). We provide training, templates, and QA before launch.

15-Day Free Trial. Explore our platform with full access for 15 days.

Flexible Cancellation. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

No Refunds. All payments are final. If you cancel after being charged, access remains active until the end of the period.
